The Squatter’s Weekend – A taste of the Australian Outback. A weekend of exploring a brief snapshot of the lifestyle and culture of the land/station owner of a bygone era, commencing on Friday evening with a gourmet supper of home-made game pie, moving into Saturday with the Squatter’s silver service breakfast which includes steak with free range eggs and home produce in season. Continue the experience back in the Roseland Homestead with a black tie candlelit 3 course dinner which includes a succulent roast with all the trimmings. These dinners have been known to last for several hours with much conversation and laughter.
