The Squatter’s Weekend – A taste of the Australian Outback. A weekend of exploring a brief snapshot of the lifestyle and culture of the land/station owner of a bygone era, commencing on Friday evening with a gourmet supper of home-made game pie, moving into Saturday with the Squatter’s silver service breakfast which includes steak with free range eggs and home produce in season.
